You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by anyone else. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Website.
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lumina Studio Rentals or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the Website content without our express written permission.
All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm a booking, you may be required to provide a deposit and/or full payment. Payment can be made via methods specified on our Website or communicated by our staff. Rental fees are as published on our Pricing Page and are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings. Any changes to existing bookings must be communicated and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Your rental period begins at the agreed-upon start time and ends at the agreed-upon end time. You are responsible for ensuring that all your activities, including setup and breakdown, are completed within your booked time slot. Overstaying your booked period may incur additional charges at an hourly rate of 1.5 times the standard hourly rate.
You agree to use the Studio Space responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the Studio Space for any illegal, hazardous, or offensive activities. You are responsible for the conduct of yourself and any guests you bring to the Studio Space. Any damage to the Studio Space or its fixtures caused by your negligence or that of your guests will be your responsibility and may be charged to you.
If Equipment is provided, you agree to use it with reasonable care and skill. You are responsible for any damage or loss to the Equipment during your booking period, unless such damage or loss is due to inherent defects in the Equipment or normal wear and tear. Please report any malfunctioning Equipment immediately.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking date will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior will incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the booking date are non-refundable and the full booking fee will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as maintenance issues or force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the booking at your convenience.
You agree to abide by all posted rules and regulations within the Studio Space, including but not limited to:
Lumina Studio Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Website or the Studio Space rental shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific booking or service that gave rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumina Studio Rentals, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your use of the Website, or your rental and use of the Studio Space.
